Tour De Sundarbans runs seven Sundarban tour packages from Kolkata, priced from Rs 3,000 per person plus 5% GST as of August 2026. They range from a single-day trip to a 3 Nights 4 Days safari tour, and every package includes the boat, all meals, forest permits and a local guide.
Pick a Sundarbands tour by how many nights you can give it. The 1 Day Tour is a sunrise-to-night run for people who cannot stay over. The 1 Night 2 Days package adds an eco village stay and a second morning on the water. The 2 Nights 3 Days tour is what most first-timers book, because three days is roughly where the forest stops feeling like a checklist. The two 3 Nights 4 Days Sundarbans tours are built around safari time, with two and three jungle safaris respectively.
Then pick by how much of that time you want actually inside the forest. That is the only variable that meaningfully changes what you see.

| 1 Day | 1N 2D | 2N 3D | 3N 4D | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starts from | Rs 3,000 | Rs 4,400 | Rs 5,500 | On request |
| Nights at eco village | None | 1 | 2 | 3 |
| Time inside the forest | 6-8 hrs | Around 1 day | Around 2 days | 2 or 3 full safaris |
| Watchtowers covered | 2 | 2 to 3 | 3 | 3 plus repeat visits |
| Village walk | No | Short | Yes | Yes |
| Evening cultural programme | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Realistic tiger odds | Lowest | Low | Better | Best of the lot |
| Best for | No time to stay over | Weekend couples | First-time visitors | Wildlife photographers |
The 2 Nights 3 Days tour, from Rs 5,500 per person. It gives you two full days on the water instead of one, which is the difference between rushing two watchtowers and sitting still long enough to actually see something.
The 1 Day Tour, at Rs 3,000 per person plus 5% GST as of August 2026. Pickup is around 5:30 AM from Kolkata, return by roughly 8:30 PM, with 6 to 8 hours inside the jungle.
Boat safari on our own boat with washroom and kitchen, all meals, forest entry permits and a local guide. Overnight packages add your eco village cottage. GST of 5% is charged on top of the listed price.
Time on the water. The 1N2D covers the core route in one compressed schedule with a single night’s stay. The 2N3D adds a full second day, meaning more watchtowers, a proper village walk and better sighting odds.
No. The Sundarbans is dense mangrove and tigers are genuinely hard to spot. Longer packages improve your odds because you get more hours on the water. Crocodiles, spotted deer, wild boar, mudskippers and birds are near certain.

EXCELLENT Based on 344 reviews Posted on Google Surjesh Kumar KunduTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Comfortable and easy experience. Do not go with the claim of Tiger visibility. You might just not be able to see a Tiger but definitely you will enjoy the boat rides, great tasting home food and the warm, homely ambience. The tour guides and other staff are extremely friendly and helpful.Posted on Google HASNAIN HyzelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Treats the soulPosted on Google WondererTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very good overall experience. The most important thing to say is: this is not a safari. The chances of seeing a tiger are extremely low, and crocodiles are also difficult to spot (we saw one very far away). We did see several deer, wild boars, and many birds, but wildlife sightings are never guaranteed. Still, the area is unique, peaceful, and definitely worth visiting for the landscape and atmosphere. I recommend doing 2 days / 1–2 nights. The journey from Kolkata is long (around 4–5 hours each way), so a one-day tour feels too rushed. More than two days would probably be unnecessary, as it can become a bit repetitive. The service was excellent throughout — guide, drivers, boat crew, and eco-village staff were all very kind and professional. The food, both at the resort and on the boat, was very good: tasty, clean, and plentiful. I stayed in the deluxe room. In February, air conditioning wasn’t really necessary, so I would probably choose a standard room if visiting in this season (they even looked slightly nicer to me). In hotter months, AC might be more relevant. I didn’t compare prices extensively, but this operator seems oriented toward international travelers. I saw local tourists as well, who probably use more budget options, though those may be less adapted for English-speaking visitors. Overall: well organized, great staff, and a worthwhile experience if you go with realistic expectations.Posted on Google David STrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This tour was a great experience! The trip felt very peaceful and calm, with very few people around, which made it relaxing and completely free from crowds or stress. The team was extremely attentive throughout the stay. They were always checking in on us, making sure everything was clear and straightforward. Their support and helpfulness really stood out and made the experience smooth from start to finish. The food was also amazing, easily one of the highlights of the trip. The eco village accommodation was quite rustic. This is understandable given the environmental context and the aim of staying close to nature. However, the overall comfort of the rooms could definitely be improved. I was also a bit surprised by the limited wildlife sightings. Given how vast the Sundarbans area is, I expected to see more fauna. The park tour includes visits to a couple of watchtowers to view the forest from above, but the views felt quite limited, so I am not sure how helpful they really are for spotting wildlife. Despite these points, the overall experience was still very positive, mainly due to the tranquility, the attentive staff, and the excellent food.Posted on Google Richa RawatTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
